About the Role

Reporting to site leadership, the Quality Manager is responsible for leading the site Quality Management System and ensuring ongoing compliance with food safety, regulatory and customer standards. The role also supports commissioning and system uplift activities, embedding quality into new or evolving operations, while leading, coaching and developing the Quality team and delivering clear quality reporting and insights to support data‑driven decision‑making.
