Automotive Aftermarket Parts - Regional Manager
Auto Recruitment is partnering with a leading automotive parts provider to appoint an experienced Regional Manager to lead a high‐performing network of stores. This is a pivotal operational leadership role, driving performance, culture, safety and customer excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop Branches Managers to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets
* Implement business plan and drive operational improvements across all branches
* Analyse branch and management performance, identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
* Build strong customer relationships, ensuring service levels exceed expectations
* Work with branch managers across recruitment, training, performance management and team development
* Conduct branch reviews and manage budgets, reporting, pricing reviews, stocktakes and administrative processes
About you
* Strong experience in multi‐site leadership within automotive, trade, industrial or similar environments
* Proven ability to analyse and deliver financial results across a multi‐site operations
* Strong commercial acumen with a focus on margin, profitability and operational discipline
* Dynamic communication skills with a hands‐on leadership style and the ability to influence and motivate teams
* High level of initiative, urgency and accountability
