We live and breathe the 'test, measure &learn' mantra, and are always focused on actions that lead to that magic ROI for our business.And how do we get there?By working as a team, setting clear goals, and moving quickly to take action.WHAT IS THE ROLE?Digital Marketing Specialist - PART-TIME, 3 Days Per WeekKey responsibilities include:CRO & E-COMMERCE·Assist with identifying & testing CRO strategies based on best practice and industry trends·Brief offsite developer team and internal/external parties to develop required assets or complext CRO tests·Oversee of hard-coding successful tests, web improvement requests, including testing·Provide product page optimisation reviews, test ideation and execution to improve RPV/CR/AOVOther responsibilities include:PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION STRATEGIES·Assist with identifying, testing, and the ongoing coordination of Product Recommendations strategies cross digital customer journey·Build, test, monitor and report·Brief more complex tests to platform teamCUSTOMER JOURNEY & CRM·Assist with customer journey/CRM platform projects as required to leverage platform tools for onsite .com, eDM executions and more. Inclusive of sales promotion campaigns, upsell widgets·Assist with customer data utilisation projects, inclusive of surveys, research, user journey data·Conduct regular checks & reports on for customers reviews and NPS scoresANALYSIS & DATA·Support marketing reports and new product web performance analysis·Work with analysts to evaluate CRO test impact and CXJ insights·Analyse customer behaviour using business tools to identify issues, opportunities, weaknesses in CXJGeneral·Assist with E-commerce manager with project prioritisation, planning, finance tracking and ongoing reporting requirements·Assist in the implementation adhoc of digital projects and the wider marketing and business team as requiredELIGIBILITYTo be an eligible candidate, you will:Have strong briefing skills - briefing is a significant part of this role, so an ability to brief different teams (primarily for production/design & tech/web development) in a contextually appropriate manner with scrupulous attention to detail is criticalHave strong communication skills – keeping relevant members of the team informed on task statuses and progress throughout a projectHave strong presentation skills – being able to collate results and present clearly for managementHave strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skillsCreative thinker with a data-driven mindsetHave data entry and analysis skillsEnjoy problem-solving and finding solutionsEnjoy learning the ins-and-outs of new technologies and finding relevant and useful applicationsHave a 'roll up your sleeves' can-do attitudeWork well within a team! We're all about teamworkAND you will have the following experience:- 2+ yearexperiencein conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.- Be proficient with CRO tools (e.g. A/B Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, or similar)- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce business- Experience using Product Recommendations- Experience using email marketing / CRM platforms (e.g. Acoustic, SalesForce or similar)- Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g. GA, Power BI, Acoustic tealeaf or similar) to generate insightful reports and inform marketing strategies- Have a tertiary education in Marketing, Comms orAdvertising(ideal by not mandatory)WHY CHOOSE THIS ROLE?·Great workplace, great culture, with atight-knit team (who like to work hard, but have fun while they work)·Amazing location.
