The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our leadership team and drive operational excellence within our modern, high-volume workshop.
This is a hands-on role for a detail-driven professional who can deliver accurate assessments, communicate clearly, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct detailed vehicle assessments and prepare accurate damage reports
* Create precise, timely quotes using Audatex, iBodyshop, and insurer platforms
* Liaise with customers, insurance partners, and suppliers to maintain clarity and trust
* Coordinate closely with workshop staff to ensure workflow efficiency
* Oversee compliance with repair and safety standards
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
