About The Role
This position is part of the Colac Adult & Youth Mental Health Team, delivering integrated mental health, drug and alcohol care to people aged 16–65 across the Barwon region. With a strong focus on young people, you will lead the delivery of evidence‐based, recovery‐oriented care to consumers aged 16–25 experiencing complex presentations, including co‐occurring substance use and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality, evidence‐based clinical interventions to young people with complex mental health and AOD needs
* Provide clinical leadership and line management supervision to staff supporting youth consumers
* Support integrated care responses addressing comorbidity, psychosocial complexity, and service access barriers
* Actively contribute to team leadership, service innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Colac Adult & Youth Team
* Work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, person‐centred care pathways
What We Are Looking For
* Experienced clinician in youth mental health, including dual diagnosis (AOD) and complex presentations
* Proven ability to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* Strong commitment to recovery‐oriented care and supporting vulnerable young people, including those experiencing homelessness
