Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance and Training Specialist to support our team in delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying regional performance gaps, upskilling and mentoring teams to build capability and promote best practice.
* Review compliance obligations and assist in internal auditing processes
* Drive accountability and achievement of performance metrics in line with contract benchmarks
* Support the onboarding and induction of new team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum qualification at VET Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree level or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a frontline or leadership role within Employment Services
* Current driver's licence and access to reliable transport for travel between sites
