About the Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential B2B customers interested in our FleetCard products. You'll engage with leads, understand their needs, and close sales—all while providing top‑tier service. This fast‑paced role focuses on converting inbound leads into results and hitting fuel sales and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and close new business opportunities
* Provide solution‑based sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable FleetCard products
* Accurately complete data entry and CRM tasks in Salesforce
* Follow up on leads and applications
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
* Maintain high service standards in every interaction
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably B2B
* Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* A goal‑driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs
