We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare welcome packets and VIP reports
* Provide excellent internal customer service
* Handle guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries
* Conduct night audits in an efficient and accurate manner
* Balance cash receipts and make deposits
* Audit Food Beverage cashiers' work and correct discrepancies
* Run daily Flash Reports and distribute accordingly
Requirements:
* Outstanding guest services skills
* Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work Thursday - Sunday
* Similar role experience highly regarded
