We're now seeking a Social Coordinator to join our Fleurieu Community Services team on a full time basis.
This role can be based from any of our Fleurieu sites (Goolwa, Victor Harbor, Strathalbyn), there will be some travel requirements between all 3 offices.
In this rewarding role, you'll work in partnership with community clients to plan and implement wellbeing and social offerings that enhance independence and support older people to remain living in their community of choice.
A focus on each individual's choice, strengths, capacity, and goals will influence the program offering.
