Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and client-focused Real Estate Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help clients navigate the property market, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our brand in the luxury real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing premium residential and commercial properties, providing personalized guidance throughout the process.
· Negotiate and finalise sales and lease agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
· Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-value properties and investment opportunities.
· Arrange and manage property viewings, open houses, and private tours for prospective clients.
· Advise clients on property values, market trends, investment potential, and relevant legal requirements.
· Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM databases to ensure accurate and timely information.
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business in the luxury real estate market.
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop marketing strategies, promote listings, and enhance the company's brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong interest in luxury property markets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
