The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can assist in the execution of various global and local entity people management policies and processes related to recruitment, training, and performance management.
This role is based in Perth, Australia, and involves contributing to the implementation of organizational and development requirements to drive a positive, engaging, motivating culture aimed at employee satisfaction and business results.
We are looking for someone who can:
* Contribute to resource development management at the local entity level.
* Participate in the management of all legal and industrial labour compliance ensuring that all employees are treated with dignity, respect, understanding, and fairness.
* Support and execute the development of cultural contexts to accommodate Group and local entity plans.
* Assist in the development and execution of appropriate internal and external communication plans.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's Degree and HR Certification or equivalent.
* Proven track record delivering Human Resources solutions.
* Human Resources & Stakeholder Management skills.
* Highly motivated with excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and people skills.
* Agile mindset with the ability to make prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
