Job Title: Digital Systems Support and Training Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance and user support for digital systems and platforms.
* Onboard new staff and run ongoing training on digital tools and processes.
* Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of digital processes and systems.
* Deliver proactive training and responsive support in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience providing digital or IT support in a school, university, or similar environment.
* Ability to deliver technical training or digital capability development to adult learners.
* South Australian Working with Children Check and Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education and Care training.
