Newly created opportunity for Industrial Relations Specialist to join a major, long-term infrastructure project that is a crucial part of Australia's energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely industrial relations advice to leaders and stakeholders
* Interpret and apply Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation
* Manage and coordinate Right of Entry in accordance with legislative requirements
* Liaise professionally with union representatives and maintain compliant engagement
* Conduct regular subcontractor audits to ensure IR and contractual compliance
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate IR records and reporting, including Right of Entry and industrial matters
About You
* Degree qualified in HR, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related discipline
* Minimum 5 years' experience in an IR or employee relations-focused role
* Experience working in large blue-collar environments such as construction, mining, or infrastructure
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret legislation confidently
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders
