About The Role
This position is a permanent part time role in the Insurance and Risk Management team and is based at the Moruya Administration Office. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective administration for the team, administer insurance and public liability enquiries and claims, ensuring that Council meets its statutory obligations.
The starting salary for this position is $37.73 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.

About You
You will be an administration guru with an ability to work autonomously and to a high level. Your attention to detail and time management skills will be second to none and you will enjoy using your judgement to make decisions about liability for claims. What will set you apart from the rest is knowledge of insurance claims processes.
Your Application Will Further Demonstrate The Following
* Strong computer literacy skills in MS Office.
* Well-developed literacy skills including reading, writing, understanding written information and ability to complete work-related forms.
* Demonstrated ability to work both unsupervised and harmoniously in a team environment.
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in making decisions regarding liability for claims.
* Knowledge of or the ability to learn and undertake insurance claims administration processes.
