Cobar Shire Council is looking for a full-time professional to lead our Early Learning Centre based in Cobar, NSW.

* Oversight of long day care service operations.
* Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader responsibilities.
* Mentorship and development of a culturally diverse team.
* Quality assurance and improvement plan management.
* Budget management and compliance.
* Relationship building with children, families, staff, and the wider community.
* Potential expansion support.
To succeed, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree (or Postgraduate qualification) in Early Childhood Teaching (ECT), or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
* Proven experience managing or coordinating an early childhood education service.
* A collaborative leadership style that balances compliance with care and consistency.
* Cultural sensitivity and ability to build cohesion within a multicultural team.
* Alignment and commitment to a child-centred, play-based philosophy.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
