Projects: Live environment Aged Care refurbishments
Start date: 12th January 2026 (as early as 5th January would be preferable)
Working hours: 8am-5:30pm, 38 hours per week
Location: Melbourne
Pay rate: $65 - $80 per hour + superannuation
Responsibilities:
* The role will be primarily focused on the delivery of unit refurbishments across Melbourne.
* This position will be under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager and is targeted at a project manager with grounded experience in residential or commercial type construction or refurbishment project.
* This role contributes to the assurance of compliance with procurement rules, scope, timelines, and budget while maintaining effective record keeping and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Ideally, you will have experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator in the Fit out & Refurbishment industry.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Knowledge of tendering and contract administration processes.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
