Job Description:
As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of our small/medium sized residential aged care facility in a beautiful regional location.
Working collaboratively with your clinical lead, you will ensure high-quality person-centered care, maximize revenue, and maintain accreditation standards.
Key aspects of this role include:
* Day-to-day operations and management of the service
* Ensuring occupancy levels are met and maintained through community engagement
* Finance and HR management
* Motivation, training, and development of team members
* Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met in line with accreditation and industry standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration is essential, along with previous leadership experience. Additionally, staff mentorship and development experience, up-to-date working knowledge of achieving accreditation standards, and the ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines are highly desirable.
