Your new role
* Drive sales of our leading truck brands and products to fleet and retail customers, achieving set targets within defined sales territories.
* Manage the sales and quoting process, providing technical advice on truck specifications suited to customer applications.
* Develop and implement strategies to expand into new markets and grow the customer base.
* Ensure all vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standards for ultimate customer satisfaction.
* Promote our dealership and products through effective advertising and customer engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven background in the truck industry (essential).
* Strong sales experience and a passion for exceeding targets.
* Technical knowledge of truck applications is highly desirable.
* Experience with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
* Understanding of On-Highway parts, service, and dealer networks.
* Familiarity with Western Star, MAN, and Dennis Eagle brands and awareness of industry competitors.
* Excellent networking skills with the ability to build strong customer and industry relationships.
