Your role at a glance
The OSHC Rostering and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Rostering OSHC employees for shifts in an efficient and effective manner;
- Coordinating bookings and enrollments from families in the program, and assisting with other relevant administrative duties
- Effectively communicate with OSHC staff, Schools, families and other relevant stakeholders to ensure all programs operate at a high-quality standard;
- Coordinate with OSHC Coordinators and external parties and confirm bookings for OSHC incursions and excursions, including bus arrangements, across all sites;
- Monitoring hours worked by OSHC staff are within Lifely policy and procedures and industrial obligations;
- Complete Departmental and organisational reporting in line with required deadlines;
- Managing employee leave, shift changes and staff replacement in a timely manner and in accordance with Lifely requirements;
- To make a positive and proactive contribution to the Children Services and Rostering teams, and the Lifely team overall.
The ideal candidate may have:
- Qualifications in Early Childhood/Education or previous experience working in a similar role (Rostering or Administration);
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong computer and technology skills;
- Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and experience with a client management/rostering system;
- Ability to work in a busy setting, with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail;
- Dedication to their job and their team; and
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.
You must be willing to provide the following prior to starting work:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Orientation Certificate
- Proof of Right to work in Australia
