Working alongside a high performing property management team and a New Business Consultant that dominates, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
With an impressive portfolio including a number of exceptionally award winning, architectural styled properties, we are looking for a Leasing Consultant to support a hardworking, dedicated team. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence.
**The Role**:
- Conducting open homes and open for inspections
- Completing New Business Open's during the week
- Attending photoshoots
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
**Skills & Experience**:
- Previous Real Estate experience is advantageous
- A current Certificate of Registration, own car and driver's license
- Excellent computer skills and strong communication
- A self-starter and office motivator
- Highly organized
- The ability to think outside the square
