The Department for Education is seeking a Site Implementation Officer to support the implementation of the 3-Year-Old Preschool and related early childhood reforms across South Australia.
The role provides expert advice, guidance, and direct support to government early childhood services and preschool sites to ensure readiness and capacity to deliver 3-year-old preschool and other early childhood reform priorities. It leads change management processes, site-facing strategies, and stakeholder engagement. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-impact reform setting and requires initiative, strategic thinking, and strong collaborative capabilities.
Qualifications
Essential: Nil
Desirable: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed, which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN-EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course, which will be required to be updated every three years.
Remuneration
ASO6 $98,478 - $104,165 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
