**Audio Visual Technician Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Audio Visual Technician to join our team. As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a wide variety of audio, lighting, and vision equipment for events and hire.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and pack down event equipment, including technical operation as required
* Fault finding and resolving technical issues for audio, visual, and lighting equipment
* Delivering exceptional customer service and responsive communication
* Demonstrating and reinforcing our service standards at all times
* Keeping a warehouse organized and tidy
* Complying with company policies and procedures
**Requirements:
* Troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate, identify, and resolve problems and requests
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and unsupervised
* Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
