* Manage rosters and wage costs in line with operational needs.
* Coach and develop team members, ensuring ongoing training, high morale, and strong succession planning.
* Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
* Strong leadership qualities with a results-focused and proactive mindset.
* Excellent communication and team development skills.
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store performance.
* Experience with stock management, operations, and visual merchandising.
