About the Role:

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or delivery industry.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
