Moes Media is a fast-growing video production and photography studio based in Maroochydore, working with leading real estate agencies and brands across the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in real estate marketing, lifestyle content, tourism, and brand storytelling, and we're looking for a
full-time in-house shooter
who can confidently handle both
video and photography
, with a strong focus on real estate.
This is an in-house role, working from our Maroochydore studio and out on location most days. You'll be part of our core production team, not a contractor or freelance position.
What You'll Be Shooting
* Real estate photography (interiors, exteriors, twilight, details)
* Property walkthrough videos and agent pieces to camera
* Drone footage
* Social media content for agents and brands
* Occasional lifestyle and brand shoots
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
* Confident shooting
both video and photography
for real estate
* Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement
* Comfortable directing agents and clients on camera
* Ability to work efficiently on-site and stick to tight schedules
* Strong work ethic and great attitude with clients
* Full Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience flying drones
* Experience with gimbals and stabilised movement
* Basic editing skills (even if not your main role)
* Experience shooting lifestyle or brand content
What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
* Shooting multiple properties per day across the Sunshine Coast
* Working closely with editors and producers to match shoot styles
* Managing gear and keeping footage organised
* Occasionally assisting on larger brand or campaign shoots
* Representing Moes Media professionally with clients on-site
