About the Prospect
PARC Engineering is seeking a skilled SMP Supervisor to join our 2:1 FIFO project.
About the Role
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of experienced trades personnel, providing guidance and support
Liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections, project scheduling, and coordinating deliveries
Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives
Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes and weekly reporting
Qualifications
Previous experience as a SMP Supervisor essential.
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements
S26 Certification
Construction Induction card (White Card)
Australian Driver's Licence
Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204D)
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
Required Skills
Trade certified mechanical background
S26 Certified
Certifications in project management, safety, and quality management (preferred).
