Description As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of network services for our customers. Responsibilities Design and develop customer-specific cloud infrastructure architecture for 4G and 5G services using Kubernetes and RedHat Openshift. Create high-level solution designs, defining functional components and network protocols as input for technical solutions. Act as the primary technical liaison with customer stakeholders, leading discussions on solution presentation and requirement analysis. Ensure end-to-end technical integrity by bridging between multiple domains, engineering teams, and project delivery teams. Conduct technical risk evaluations and strategize mitigation plans for proposed solutions. Oversee the migration strategy for transitioning traffic from legacy networks to IMS on cloud infrastructure. Maintain continuous collaboration with customer teams through regular meetings and workshops to align on goals and progress. Qualifications You have: A deep understanding of how 4G, 5G Packet Core and Voice network is designed for Consumer and Enterprise including full understanding of 3gpp specifications, Call flows, use cases and integration with various integration points to fulfill the service End to end architectural and practical know-how on following: 4G and 5G Packet Core IMS and VoLTE/ VoNR Architecture Charging and Policy Management call flows and integrations End-2-end design for such networks 5G Services Based Architecture Security aspects including Defence-in-depth Kubernetes, RHEL host OS & Linux components Integration to legacy networks Data and VoLTE/VoNR roaming and operator interworkin Solid grasp of IP network routing protocols, including BGP and eVPN. Experience developing architectures with Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift cloud platforms. It would be nice if you also had: Expertise in IMS architecture and end-to-end design for 5G Services Based Architecture. Knowledge of advanced technologies such as SR-IOV, DPDK, and PCI pass-through. Familiarity with security practices, including Defense-in-Depth strategies. Experience with legacy network integration and traffic migration strategies.
