Job Overview:
This is a permanent part-time role where you will coordinate all aspects of digital health procurement processes across Southern NSW Local Health District and Murrumbidgee Local Health District.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will coordinate digital health procurement processes to ensure timely purchases and payments meet strategic and operational requirements.
* Maintain collaborative working relationships with suppliers, clients, finance, procurement, and team members.
* You will manage supply chain policies and processes, prioritizing work to meet KPIs and deadlines.
* Allocate costs, ensure payment of suppliers, and perform required reconciliations.
* Drive/travel as required, including overnight stays, with an unrestricted drivers' licence.

Requirements:
* A proven history of developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
* Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain policies and processes.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Microsoft Office and computer skills, including contemporary finance and procurement systems.
