Job Title
An Associate position is available in the Global Financial Markets Operations team to support daily payment and settlement transactions, cash management products, and associated operational risks.
* To process payment and settlement transactions with precision and meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
* To identify and mitigate transactional risks according to group policies, processes, and country regulations.
* To prepare regular performance reports and matrices for monitoring transaction progress.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of treasury products, including money markets, fixed income, bonds/repos, and non-convertible debentures. Proficiency in payments and cash management systems such as RITS, Austraclear, Murex, SWIFT, Direct Entry Payments, and BPay is essential.
A strong understanding of operational policies, processes, and controls is also required. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, is crucial. The ideal candidate should possess problem-solving skills, be a team player with attention to detail, and have a growth mindset.
