Role Details
In your role as the Business Development Manager, reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives across the Visy business. An assertive pragmatic approach is required to engage with all customers and develop business alliances and opportunities with new and existing customer portfolios, in line with Visy's overall objectives and values.
Build strong, trusted relationships across the Visy Industries sales network, expanding and strengthening our customer portfolio.Spot and seize new business opportunities to fuel growth.Drive increased revenue and profitability across services.Shape our business strategy by sharing insights on market trends, competitor movements, barriers, and emerging opportunities.Partner closely with teams across Visy to ensure contract compliance and maximise commercial outcomes.Champion adherence to Visy's policies and procedures in everything you do.Respond to customer enquiries with urgency, collaborating across divisions to ensure timely and effective resolutions.Lead end‐to‐end service delivery and equipment installation for new business, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
