Duties include:Identify and manage EHSQ risks by staying current with legislation and trends, analyzing data, and identifying improvement opportunities.Build strong employee relationships by supporting safety, injury, or health concerns, collaborating across teams, and maintaining feedback channels.Develop technical expertise in EHSQ and construction safety through continuous learning and cross-functional engagement.Support multiple teams by developing policies, managing document control, and providing EHSQ advice for tenders and stakeholder engagement.Ensure accurate EHSQ reporting and compliance through data collection, analysis, and audits.About youAn Allied Health qualification or Return-to-Work Coordinator training/competency is required.Tertiary qualifications in Safety or related disciplines are desirable.2+ years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation or similar return to work roles.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Why SHAPE?We aim to be ‘the place where everyone wants to work’.
