The Manager, Learning and Development manages a team in the design and development of innovative, accessible, and high-quality professional learning resources with input from key stakeholders to support NSW teachers and school leaders
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Learning and Development with:
4. Demonstrated experience in leading a team in the design and implementation of digital products in a fast-paced business environment.
5. Applied knowledge of adult learning principles in the development of professional learning resources
6. Demonstrated ability to manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, to meet competing interests and demands in a business environment.
7. Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
