Job Description
Manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock management.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in line with operational policies.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment.
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance and KPIs.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Warehouse Manager Should Have
Previous experience in warehouse management within a fast paced industry.
Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.
