Loading and unloading vacuum tumblers is an essential part of this process. Forming and preparation of various pork, beef, lamb, and chicken products demands precision and manual dexterity. Equipment must be washed down daily in accordance with GMP and quality system requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Skills and Experience Required:
 * A minimum of 2 years' experience as a butcher or in meat processing is necessary.
 * Experience with smallgoods production and meat preparation techniques is highly valued.
 * In-depth knowledge of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken is essential.
 * The ability to work legally in Australia without restrictions is required.
 * Passing pre-employment medical and background checks is mandatory.
Physical Demands
 * Lifting up to 25kg regularly is expected.
 * Comfortable standing for extended periods is necessary.

Technical Competencies
