Our client is one of Melbourne's leading mid-tier firms and has a strong and growing disputes practice. Working as part of close-knit and dynamic teams with successful partners, this role will appeal to lawyers from small or medium firms looking to move up or to those at larger practices seeking great work and a career making lateral move.
Working on a range of commercial and corporate disputes, including IP, trade practices, business disputes, construction and contracts, this role will appeal to true disputes generalists who enjoy variety and don't want to be tied down to one area.
The firm offers a hands-on practice style and a relaxed but professional culture. The partners are highly successful but remain in touch with the real world!
To be considered for this role you will be a switched on lawyer with good academics and some good introductory experience. You will need an absolute minimum of 3 years to 5 years of post admission experience in litigation to be considered. Unfortunately CV's from grads and lawyers with less then 6 months post admission experience can not be considered for this position.
