Loss Prevention Coordinator – Retail Team, Alexandria
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Coordinator to join our Retail team in Alexandria. In this role, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by supporting the delivery of loss prevention strategies across all channels, monitoring stock accuracy, and assisting in identifying and investigating discrepancies to minimise shrinkage.
Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of the Loss Prevention roadmap and drive strategic initiatives.
* Deliver national shrink reduction strategies while ensuring inventory accuracy across Retail.
* Oversee stocktake and cycle count programs, monitor high‐risk SKUs, and conduct variance analysis.
* Identify root causes of stock discrepancies and provide actionable insights to enhance processes and performance.
* Develop, implement, and maintain Loss Prevention policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
* Lead compliance audits and embed accountability across store teams and leadership.
* Develop reporting and dashboards to track shrink, risk exposure, audit results, and operational performance.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally to support investigations, store operations, and network‐wide initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Inventory Management and/or Loss Prevention, ideally within retail, fashion, or multi‐site environments.
* Demonstrated success in reducing shrink and improving operational compliance.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
* Confidence in communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders across both store networks and support office functions.
* Experience managing incidents, investigations, and liaising with external authorities.
* Proactive, hands‐on approach with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
