**You will get to**:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of all inbound support queries, progress tracking and reporting functions
- Take ownership of the lifecycle of all calls, ensuring calls are closed as efficiently as practical with the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
- Maintain helpdesk call logging system (Freshdesk) and ensure accurate recording and updating of information
- Ensure all interactions with customers are always conducted in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a high standard of documentation including system documentation, user manuals and procedures as required
- Optimise and execute Open Windows methodology for service support
- Identify opportunities for improvement of Open Windows processes and implement
**More about you***:
- You have outstanding customer service skills
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have knowledge of Cloud solution delivery and cloud infrastructure design, as well as ITIL software solution support
- Experience with Freshdesk
- Experience as a Software Vendor providing Customer 1st or 2nd Level Support
- Any industry experience in procurement and/or contract management will be beneficial but not a must have.
