Requirements and Expectations
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales, retail or merchandising across Grocery or Independent Grocery
* Willingness and enthusiasm to work across both Grocery & Independent channels
* Current valid driver's licence
* Sales-focused, results-driven and highly self-motivated
* Confident selling, negotiation and objection-handling skills
* Robust relationship builder who can adapt to different buyer types
* Resilient, positive and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ensure core range compliance and robust shelf & floor presence of products
* Plan your week strategically to maximise results
* Provide accurate reporting, competitor insights and market intelligence

Pay: $52,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
