Role: Clinical Trial Associate
Location: Sydney, hybrid
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's leading pharma & biotech companies, helping them advance new drugs and devices.
You will be part of an innovative and global biotechnology company, which prides itself on being one of the world's leading independent biotechnology firms. They focus on areas with unmet medical needs, aiming to reduce the social and economic burden of disease.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
* Supporting the preparation of submission packages (IRB/ERC, regulatory agencies)
* Trial and site administration: tracking and updating study metrics
* Setup and maintenance of TMF/eTMF, document collection, and quality checks
* Liaising with clinical sites and internal/external stakeholders
* Coordinating drug supply planning, provision, destruction processes, and management of trial equipment and materials
* Managing vendor activities such as printing, translation, and other vendor relations
* Distributing site materials and equipment
* Organizing meetings
Qualifications
You Are:
* Experienced in clinical trials (pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or investigative site)
* BS/BA or equivalent preferred
* Knowledge of Australian study start-up processes
* Detail-oriented, passionate, and reliable
* Basic understanding of Essential Documents, CFR, and GCP/ICH
* Proficient with technological systems (Microsoft Office, TMF, CTMS)
