Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Kitchen Supervisor/Cook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen operations, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards for consistency in recipe and menu item execution
* Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills, ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm, knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment, organized and systematic approach to work, and attention to detail.
