Australian Direct Tutoring is looking for passionate, dedicated, and qualified teachers across Melbourne. We provide premium, one-on-one academic support to students from Prep through to Tertiary levels, delivered in weekly two-hour sessions.
We are currently seeking educators for all subjects and year levels, with positions available immediately.
We're more than just a typical tutoring service — we foster a genuine love of learning in our students through empathy, individualised support, and a deep commitment to their success. Every student receives a tailored learning plan to help them reach their full potential.
Position Highlights
* Conduct 1-on-1, in-home tutoring sessions (2 hours weekly per student)
* Liaise with parents to coordinate lesson schedules and set extra learning tasks
* Access our online educator platform to collaborate, share resources, and stay updated
* Flexible working hours — mainly after school and weekends
* Ongoing professional development opportunities
* Referral incentives for both new educators and clients
What You'll Need
* Minimum of hours availability per week
* A Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline (Studying towards also accepted)
* A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
* A valid Queensland driver's licence and reliable transport
* And most importantly — a passion for helping students thrive
