Key Responsibilities
Lead primary substation design up to 500kV, including layout, equipment arrangement, and electrical clearances
Perform design calculations
Develop complete design packages including BOMs and technical specs for HV equipment
Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free, optimised designs
Review system studies
What you'll bring
Proven experience as a Primary Engineer on major energy infrastructure projects (HV/EHV substations)
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering)
CPEng or working towards it
Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering body (e.g. Engineers Australia)
