About the Role:
In this pivotal position, you'll act as a trusted finance partner to our Sales & Commercial teams, delivering financial analysis, pricing governance, and commercial decision support that will shape the future of our business.
* Partner with the Sales team to evaluate new business opportunities, model deals, and optimise pricing strategy.
* Lead financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide commercial decision-making.
* Provide actionable insights to improve Gross Margin performance across products and channels.
* Manage and develop a high-performing finance team of 2 direct reports, supporting their growth and capability.
* Coach and collaborate with the FP&A analyst, ensuring consistency in forecasting, planning and reporting.
* Identify and challenge the status quo—actively pursuing process improvements and innovation in finance and pricing strategies.
