The focus for this role is holiday/caravan parks.This role is a “grow your own adventure” scenario - if you can grow sales to a stage where more staff are required, then you are cultivating your own internal promotion.This company is a well known modular building manufacturer, with quality process and systems and a great reputation. The culture is positive, team oriented, respectful and professional.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients and partnersLead generation; understanding client needs, future plans and build a pipeline of future salesNetworking and lead generation activities - expect to build a friendly, personal and professional relationship with your customer base - they expect to know you personallyDeveloping sales strategies to meet business goals and targetsKeep abreast of industry trends and competitor activityTravel throughout NSW, metro and regional travel is required, as you need to build personal relationships and partnerships with new and existing clientsCoordinating with the Marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materialsAttending industry events and conferences to build networks and promote the organisationWho are you?Highly developed sales skills, including the ability to identify, prioritise and pursue new leads, close deals.You are an experienced modular building sales executive or sales executive who is a former builder/tradesman, who can consult on building optionsAbility to understand the technical aspects of the modular building products and processes.
