Discipline Team Lead - Civil Engineering DesignWe are seeking an experienced and technically strong Discipline Team Lead to join a growing engineering team in Geelong. This role is ideal for a senior civil design professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership capability and a passion for developing people and delivering quality outcomes. About the RoleAs Discipline Team Lead, you will work closely with the Discipline Director to support project delivery, lead and mentor team members, and help drive operational performance and business growth. You will provide both technical leadership and people leadership while contributing to strategic planning and client relationship management.
