Casework Manager Role Summary
The Casework Manager oversees a team to deliver high-quality casework in NSW.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily priorities and resource allocation to support Caseworkers.
* Implement best practice casework through quality assurance, continuous improvement, and practice reform.
* Provide guidance to Caseworkers on court matters, including the Children's Court, and other courts as required.
* Manage staff time frames, work allocation, and performance management when necessary.
* Promote professional development and foster collaboration across the agency and with partners.
* Contribute to operational and policy issues and change management strategies to achieve agency goals.
