Job Overview
As a coordinator of house museums, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. We are a diverse and inclusive workplace that values flexibility.
* Coordinate the volunteer program and daily operations, including the volunteer front-of-house roster.
* Manage various revenue-generating events on the site, such as venue hire, markets, public programs, and fundraising initiatives.
* Liaise with TMAG communications staff to coordinate promotional activities.
* Deliver high-quality education programs, working closely with the TMAG learning and discovery team.
* Maintain the presentation of our site to a consistent high standard, identifying and overseeing maintenance and cleaning requirements.
* Ensure the security of the property, collections, and monies.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including the Narryna Heritage Museum Inc. Council, venue hirers, and TMAG staff.
