Job Title:
Office Clerk/Admin All Rounder.
The Role:
As the office clerk you will handle general administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations throughout the working week.
Your duties will be:
· First point of contact for all incoming calls, directing calls, taking messages and handling the mail system.
· Contacting customers regarding daily/weekly orders and assisting customers with all their order needs.
· General admin support, as well as supporting the accountant with the accounting aspect of the business (maintaining records, updating databases, preparing invoices, filing, data entry, etc.).
· Managing office supplies, meeting schedules and general office organisation.
About You:
You are a highly motivated individual, reliable and orgainised with high attention to detail.
· You will excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organisational skills and time management.
· Good computer proficiency and the knowledge to work with Microsoft Office suite.
· The ability to work independently and part of a positive team.
