- Manage design and production of sales & BD related marketing materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
- Track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on account status and transactions.
- Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies.
About You
- Sales experience in CRM or other business software preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs.
- Real estate industry sales experience, preferably off-the-plan sales.
- Strong network with developers and real estate agencies.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Team player who can work effectively with others and self-motivated when working autonomously.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
