About the Role
* We seek Support Workers who provide person-centred active support to individuals across residential homes, day programs, and one-on-one community settings.
* Support daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transport, and participation in community and social activities.
* Promote and uphold the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of the individuals we support in all environments.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere whether in the home, in the community, or within a program setting.
Our Services
* Day Services – Delivered at our location from 9:00am to 3:00pm, focusing on skill-building, social engagement, and meaningful daily activities.
* Individual Supports – One-on-one assistance provided daily, tailored to support community access, personal development, and individual goals.
* Residential Services – 24/7 support provided across various supported accommodation homes throughout the area, fostering a safe, inclusive, and home-like living environment.
About You
* Compassionate, reliable, and committed to supporting others.
* Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts across different settings, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
* Team players who can also work independently.
* Confident in assisting with personal care and health support (training provided where required).
* Able to communicate clearly and build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
